To ensure you get the right staff, we like to get the right brief. Our experienced recruiters will work closely with you in order to understand the complete details surrounding the vacancy. This is a key ingredient to getting it right and ensures time frames are kept to a minimum.

Sourcing Candidates

As well as our existing extensive database of candidates, we advertise to source candidates in the market place via SEEK, The Advertiser and other advertising mediums deemed appropriate for the vacancy. Some roles may require additional print/on-line advertising and this will be determined when taking the initial brief.

Rigorous Recruitment & Selection Process

Our interview process involves a lengthy telephone screen, one-on-one interview, skills testing and reference checking. Skills testing is as extensive or as brief as you require and this will be discussed when taking the initial brief. Skills testing is tailored to each role so that we can ensure that we are testing candidates on the specific skill set required for each role.

Timely Response

As part of our commitment to fill your vacancy as quickly and efficiently as possible, we are dedicated to constant and open communication. We will keep you updated on the progress of your vacancy throughout the recruitment process without prompting.

Candidate Reports – Permanent Staff

The provision of Candidate Reports will ensure you have a snapshot of all candidates prior to conducting interviews. These reports will include results of all skills testing conducted, salary expectations, availability (i.e. notice period required for each candidate), interview impressions, academic qualifications, candidate resumes and relevant historical data.

Candidate Interviews & Feedback

We do all the legwork and will arrange interviews and provide feedback to all of the candidates.

Keeping in Touch

During and beyond the recruitment process we will be in regular contact with you. This service does not cease after the placement of a candidate. We maintain regular contact with our clients and placed candidates throughout our three month guarantee period. This also applies to temporary/contractor placements.
